Psychosynthesis Counselling & Coaching

What if you could return to finding joy and satisfaction in life?

That question can feel very far away when you’re adrift.
I work with people facing addiction, major life transitions, and loss of meaning or purpose. Whether you’re navigating a career change that’s shaken your sense of identity, struggling with substance use, or realizing the life you built no longer fits – I can help you find your way through.
My practice is rooted in Psychosynthesis – a depth approach that works with the whole person: what shaped you, how you live now, and what calls you forward. The work is about understanding yourself more fully and discovering what truly matters.
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor with a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling. I work at a residential addiction treatment centre and maintain a private practice in Northampton and London. I’m also EMCC-accredited as a coach and serve on the faculty at Psychosynthesis Coaching Limited.
Therapy

Therapy looks at how the past influences the present so we can create the future we hope to live.
Coaching

Coaching is a reflective process to reorient, clarify direction, and take meaningful steps forward.
